RETURNS
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or cancellations after your order has been submitted. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at concierge@saboastudios.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We really appreciate you shopping with us and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer either a size/item exchange or 100% product store credit (we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty). Please note, certain items such as swimwear cannot be returned. Additionally, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor, etc. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not suffice the above requirements.
RETURNS PROCESS
Credits or Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). To start a return, please contact us at concierge@saboastudios.com and include the following details:
1. Order number
2. The product you wish to return
3. Reason for return
4. Whether you would like an exchange or store credit
Please allow 2 business days for us to respond regarding your return. Once approved, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping using their own carrier. We do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstances.
Please ensure your return is shipped with a tracked service, as we cannot process returns that are not received safely.
